Ive been taking creatine/whey shakes for the past 2 weeks and the other day my friend gave me a tub of cytocarb ii. from what i read it just gives you a lot more carbs and helps your muscles build better right? what do you think of it? i probably wont buy it once i run out, but im going to use it. i mixed it with my whey/creatine drink today, is that alright?
