So I finished my modified UD2.0. Ended last weekend actually. Stats beginning UD 2.0 on 7/20/05 = 6'0 205lbs @ 14.7% bf Stats ending UD 2.0 on 8/31/05 = 6'0 188lbs @ 9.7% bf Not too bad I guess, this was my first time taking diet seriously, so now I know what to watch out for next cutting cycle in the spring. I'm bulking up now, but I have to be careful cause I can't bulk up like the rest of you guys since, I'm a endo and gain fat like no other. Here's my preliminary bulking diet, let me know what you guys think: Meal 1 6 egg whites 12 fl oz of 1% milk 1 cup of oats Meal 2 Evopro Shake in water + banana Meal3 = lunch 4 large Chicken breast or equal amounts of steak/fish 2 cups of brown rice meal 4 Evopro shake in 12 ounces of skim milk Meal 5 2 cans of tuna on 2 slices of whole wheat Meal 6 preworkout= 2 93% fat free turkey beef patties or 10 egg whites Meal 7 post workout = 16 ounce gatorade + creatine I'm looking at about 2700-2900 cals, 250 grams of carbs and about 350 protein. Fats are clocking in at the 75 gram range. What do you guys think? I'm doing cardio 3 times a week to minimize fat gain, and I'm working each body part once a week. Using a 5x5 routine to gain as much strength as possible.
