So I finished my modified UD2.0. Ended last weekend actually.
    Stats beginning UD 2.0 on 7/20/05 = 6'0 205lbs @ 14.7% bf
    Stats ending UD 2.0 on 8/31/05 = 6'0 188lbs @ 9.7% bf

Not too bad I guess, this was my first time taking diet seriously, so now I know what to watch out for next cutting cycle in the spring.

I'm bulking up now, but I have to be careful cause I can't bulk up like the rest of you guys since, I'm a endo and gain fat like no other. Here's my preliminary bulking diet, let me know what you guys think:

    Meal 1
    6 egg whites
12 fl oz of 1% milk
    1 cup of oats

    Meal 2
Evopro Shake in water + banana

    Meal3 = lunch
4 large Chicken breast or equal amounts of steak/fish
    2 cups of brown rice

    meal 4
Evopro shake in 12 ounces of skim milk

    Meal 5
2 cans of tuna on 2 slices of whole wheat

    Meal 6 preworkout=
2 93% fat free turkey beef patties or 10 egg whites

Meal 7 post workout = 16 ounce gatorade + creatine

I'm looking at about 2700-2900 cals, 250 grams of carbs and about 350 protein. Fats are clocking in at the 75 gram range.

What do you guys think? I'm doing cardio 3 times a week to minimize fat gain, and I'm working each body part once a week. Using a 5x5 routine to gain as much strength as possible.

whoops the ratios are a bit off. I just fitday'd the diet and it breaks down as follows

    3277 total cals
    74 grams of fats
    235 grams of carbs
    398 grams of protein

at 1.5 x bw I feel like that is pushing the limit of what is useful in a natural body. W/O gear 2 x bw is just a waste (unless it is for protein sparring purposes when cutting). Oh I am talking about the protein intake.

so I should cut down my protein intake, and raise my fat intake? I'm all for bulking but I'm really worried about gaining back the fat that I lost in the first place. That's why I'm hesitant on raising my carb intake..

first and foremost I would bulk at around 1.8 x bw, even as high as 2x if you are burning extra cals. Your ratio isn't that bad for someone who doesn't handle carbs well. IMO you need to up the calories and add in a little more good fat and cut the protein a little bit.

Good fats meaning stuff like tablespoons of EFAS and such? Maybe bring down protein to the 270-280 range?

Yeah that's not enough cals, I'm a former fatty and I'm pretty sensitive to carbs too but shit, when I bulked I took in at least 3500 cals a day
