Down 2 pounds, have good energy, no strength loss yet. Defintely not as hard as last year.

    Today's diet:

10:30 am: 1 serving of Procomplex protein, 1 cup of oats, 12 oz of 1% milk
    Caf/Yo
    1:30pm: Handful of almonds

3:00 pm = Cup of white rice, 1 large chicken breast
    E/C
    5:00pm = Procomplex shake + almonds

7:00pm = 2 cans of tuna in water
    E/C
    9:00pm (pre-workout) 1 cup of brown rice + veggies + 8oz of salmon
    CEE

    Midnight (postworkout)= Gatorade + banana

2200 cals a day, about 150ish carbs, 250ish protein, 50-70ish grams of fats :wiggle:
I think I finally got it down

No protein postworkout? And yohimbine won't do anything if you're taking it with food

Oh whoops, yeah I forgot to add that. 1 serving of casein postworkout.

Hmm really? So I guess take the Yo an hour before I first eat?

I would take it 2 hours before your first meal. Insulin kills the effects.

Ideally take it right when you first wake up, then do a nice cardio workout. I'd wait at least an hour before you start eating, but 1.5-2hours ideally. It can be rough if you're used to bulking and eating a gigantic breakfast when you first wake up, but i thsouldn't be too hard to adapt.

Casein in general is better than whey protein for cutting. I don't think using casein as opposed to whey will really hinder any results for post-workout consumption, but I honestly don't know on that one...

It's postworkout/bedtime. That's why. Casein is a slower digesting protein which will fuel the body during sleep and you will wake up in a non-catabolic state.

Other than the Yo, What do you think of the diet?

At about week 4 or 5, I'm removing the rice from the monday-friday diet, and replacing it with veggies. Then I'll start the once a week carb refeeds.
