I ve been cutting (not drastically) for about 2-3 weeks now and it's goin really well. Total loss is about 8 pounds. I ve just been reading the stickies and it says a 500 cal deficit per pay for a week should equal 1 pound lost but my numbers don'y really fit. I'm under 1800 cal a day after subtracting any cardio (4-5 times a week). Is this a healthy loss or do i need some adjustment.
