I've never had a problem with losing weight. On average I have been losing 2 lbs a week and thats with a clean diet and about 3000-3500 cals a day. I am trying not to lose any faster than that. I was wondering if I did a ecy stack or something, would it help target fat loss over muscle. Also, how bad is the appetite suppression, because I still need to eat a decent amount. So basically, should i keep cutting with my diet (which is extremely easy) or should i take a fat loss supp to help maintain muscle better.
