    This is a training log?

And you didn't lose 4.5 lbs of fat in 35 minutes, sorry to break that to you.

sure, but that's just sweat... gallon of water weighs 7 lbs IIRC. I've heard singers can lose a gallon or more in a single concert performance. As previously stated, I could take a dump and lose weight, doesn't mean I'm in any better shape...

    8 lbs.

    1 lb. = 16 oz (weight)
    8 lb. = 128 oz.
    1 gallon = 128 fl. oz.

a fluid ounce of water weighs one ounce

and the thread isn't really about losing fat/getting in better shape, far as i understand... it's just about weighing in at one thing, then weighing in lighter in a short period of time :dunno:

hell, i could cut off my leg and drop a ton of weight... might apply to this thread, but it's a dumbass thing to do that won't benefit me in training at all

Actually you're talking about volume vs weight, two different things (as indicated by fl oz)... you can't really compare the two.. A lb of water actually weighs 8.34 lbs. Aren't you an engineer? ;)

I'm holding back on an 'SC comment here... :mamoru:
