MMA cutting weight

    I reached a stalemate about 2 weeks ago and I couldnt drop any more weight but at the same time I wasnt gaining weight so I was starting to get pissed. So now im eating 7 meals a day and by mid week I saw that I was dropping weight again. Wo0t .... I dont want to go through all the crap I needed to go through to make weight for fights like I had to when I fought in jersey. Screw that sauna shit

    What has worked for me is the only time I'll have any sort of non veggie/fruit carb is right when waking and about 45 minutes post workout. Keep protein at about a gram/lb of bw give or take and distribute that evenly throughout your meals. Drink a ton of water and I'll typically do something twice a day whether it is lifting training or a form of cardio.

    I dont remember the date I have to find it it was some ametuer event in clifton noob type shit in some gym. Nothing major
