Jesus christ, you wouldn't have any problems if you had your diet under control.

Better than getting my shit pushed in because the 170 guys are way stronger than me :dunno:

This may be my last time cutting to 155. I'm bigger than I've ever been(and I really don't have much at all that I can lose...). Maybe its time to actually start lifting weights :wtc:

just something i come across, doesn't mean i don't think you know what you're doing, but i reccommend getting a tranny to do a colon cleanse for you.

I'd love to see pics of the weight difference.

12 days for 23 pounds seems unreasonable.

12 days is plenty. it'll suck for sure, but the time frame is fine.

Its going to be all water weight/getting solids out of my system. Maybe a little fat loss from keeping up my running while dialing back my calories.

I can do before and after pics. I'll take one when I get home.

    178 was pre-peeing pre-dump this morning though.

You know dude, the weight/strength isn't the issue(Plenty of 55ers stronger than you). As many people have said here before it's the TKD standup and :hsugh: level BJJ that have led you to your 6-15 record. You need to spend more time training and less time cutting 20 pounds for a fight that doesn't mean shit.

I'm 10-8 not counting some exhibition fights I took on like 3 hours notice that of course I lost.

This is all I can find now since FCfighter database is down. Previously THEY had your record at 6-10. You've lost a couple fights since then. I'm just going by whats on record dude. Bottom line is, you need to train more.

They have only ever had my losses, don't know why :dunno:

    Random bad luck I guess.

I'm not trying to make my living fighting, I know I'm never going to make any real money doing it. Its fun, I enjoy it. I'm as good as most of the people I fight and I have a blast doing it. So what if my stand up sucks? I'm slowly working on it, but there are no boxing/kick boxing gyms around here. My BJJ isn't great, but its nor horrible. I'm a decent blue belt. I teach at the college club I helped start. I'm not getting any high level instruction, I wish I was but its just not available to me right now and I'm not going to move just so it can be.

Not everyone is out to be the next BJ Penn, some of us just like the sport because its fun.

You're cutting weight so you don't have of big of risk of losing. Instead of that, you should up your skill level.

This is my last time doing this I think. As I get older I keep getting bigger little by little. When I first started fighting I walked under 155. Now I'm hover around 175 when I'm working out.

Time to start lifting I guess.
