Cutting Supps Help v.1sttimecutting

    I'm thinking about keeping it simple and just getting some Green Tea Extract. Anyone recommend a brand? how many mg's should I take, and when? Before my workout?

    I also have some omega fat pills ill be taking.

    I think ill stay away from ephidrine, i dont think its necissary for me. But i want some energy for the gym, any kind of caffine pill or suppliment i can take? or will the Green Tea Extract be enough if i take it before the gym?

    I take Lean Green from Primaforce.. Also take ALCAR (AlcaLean from Primaforce) as well as fish oil, and EC.

    :rofl: No, don't go for the dnp.

    If you want to avoid ephedrine, a green tea/caffeine stack would be fine.

    do they make a green tea/caffeine pill i can pop before the gym to give me some energy along with the food i eat beforehand?

    Tons, but it's far cheaper to buy some green tea extract and some no-doze, and just as if not more effective :dunno:

    Yep..400 mg of green tea extract and 200 mg of caffeine is what I use in my usual stack, but I add ephedrine to it too.

    When it comes to workout energy, make sure you're hydrated beforehand- makes a huge difference.

    ill remember that. whats the deal with ephedrine. what exactly does it do? i just dont think i need it cause im an ecto and its not super hard for me to cut fat.

    my routine is i lift right after work. so i stop at wawa. have a protein bar, some fruit, a couple eggs, and an ice t for some sugar. usually does the trick. but when im cutting im pretty sure im gonna need alittle something extra

    the new scorch v3 that ceaze posted looks interesting. also USP camphibolic (cissus, forlean, grean tea,Bocopa Minnieri) or Omega Sports Beta ( TTA, forslean, grean tea) are worth checking out.

    eh i started looking at all these products and then i just fuck it and picked up some green tea extract and some caffine pills for 10 bucks. That plus some food is all i need. I mean dunno how i feel about all these "fat burners" and "fat blockers". Id say 99% of it is diet and training.......supps are the other 1%. fuck it
