Cutting Supplements

    so in about two weeks I'm going to start seriously cutting down for the first time. Going to watch what I eat, i have lacrosse practice, going to do cardio and lift on my own time. I'm going to take glutamine to help preserve muscle. I don't lose weight easily, I have a slow metabolism.

    So my question is, should I take cutting supplements like ECY to help the process along? What else is there?

    Its your first time cutting weight, and I am guessing not for a sport. So WHY are you looking for a quick fix? Just learn how to diet properly and go to the gym.

    I just want to lose as much fat as I can? I'm not looking for a quick fix, I'm well aware I must diet and exercise too.

    You don't need yohimbine, just ephedrine and caffeine, and if you want you can stack some other stuff like fish oil, sesamin, EGCG, Forslean, TTA. Nicorette works awesome for appetite suppression.
