Cutting: supplementation

    For that past year or so I had been bulking with some simple supplementation. But now I am trying to get rid of my fat while keeping the muscle I have. I plan on switching to 100% whey for protein supplementation (verse the fatty N-large 2 I was taking) and have kicked up my cardio routine and have reassessed my diet. But my question is this, what should I do for a mild fat-burning/metabolism boosting supplement. I have heard a couple of suggestions but am looking for something that people have 1st hand experience with and won't have some odd side effects. I am new to cutting so appreciate any suggestions about supplementation, thanks.

    the safest are non-stimulant stuff, and the only 2 that have decent science to back them up are green tea extract (Lean Green on 1fast400) and sesathin (also available on 1fast400). aside from that, there is ecy and all those types of stims that can have some bad side effects if you arent careful

    i couldnt find one published study that showed strong evidence of cla working

    Isn't omega-3 suppose to help with weight loss as well? So maybe some fish oil?

    I've heard lots of people talk good shit about CLA

    I dunno, I'm not a supplement junkie like most of you guys. I take whey and creatine and entirely too many vitamins
