Cutting Supplement:

    Diet and cardio have been in check for about 1.5 months now and going into month 2 I want to start a cutting supp. before my gains start to slow down.
    I am already down about 5lbs and 3% b/f.

    Last year when I cut down I used that Scivation Thermo/Sesamin stack that BN had for only $35. I don't see that deal happening again so I am looking for options.

    I was thinking about ephedrine/caffeine stack because it is cheap and effective.
    I know the debate of "what works" is too contraversial, but just wondering if anything is out there that people are getting solid results from ATM.

    I am not interested in ripped fuel, hydroxycut, etc...

    Ephedrine/Caffeine/Yohimbine? I assume...

    I believe negative things have been said about taking yohimbine... I could be wrong though.

    Is the basic Ephedrine/Caffeine going to be better than just about any other brand-name supplement on the market?

    Please excuse my ignorance with this.... My knowledge mostly pertains to lifting and nutrition, not as much supplements.

    green tea extract. 500mg 50% EGCG. And with this you are shooting for 1000mg of EGCG so you can get away with only taking 4 caps a day. Good addition to anyone really, regardless of bulking or cutting.

    I already average about 2-3 cups of green tea a day as it is.

    Perhaps I will try and stack:

    Ephedrine/Caffeine/GTE. Anyone tried this combo with a solid diet and gotten good results?

    EC should be the first initial stack and the one you do the most. Do EGTE once in a while to change things up.

    im using E/C, sesathin, camphibolic, GTE and im trying out some raspberry ketones as well. have been getting incredible results

    So then general consensus here is that the ephedrine/caffeine stack is the best bang for the buck?

    From what I have been reading a good dosage to follow for safety is 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine. Would this be pretty safe? I have no issues with high blood pressure that I know of.
