I have been lifting minimum of 5 days a week for the past ten years. I am dedicated and never fell off the wagon. I am about 6'0 180lbs. Maybe 15-18 body fat. I would like to cut up a bit. I do minimum of 15 minutes of cardio, lift and abs everyday. I need something to give me that extra edge. Surfing will start in March which always helps to lose about five lbs because of the extra cardio. Any supplements you would suggest? I don't want to take a million different pills. One or two maybe.
