just eat it dude. As long as you don't make it a habit what's the problem? I've talked to plenty of yoked dudes who said they eat whatever they want during the offseason

Not quite there yet. Making strength gains and losing fat at the same time.

I've come so far but still have a ways to go.

Take your shirt off, stand in front of the mirror, then decide if you want a cheeseburger and fries.

The "mirror diet" has always worked for me. Nothing will satisfy your need for a cheat meal more than your own fat.

If I really am needing to something unhealthy I just try to limit my calories till I can eat that one big delicious meal. Gives me some more mental strength for like 5 days and it's delicious and I really didn't blow up my diet.

It doesn't work like that for me. If i start eating it i crave it more. I do best when i don't cheat.

it is worth it... but if you can't stand it, go for it cause you'll keep eating until you are too full or hit your craving which is counter productive. you need your splurge days... but not too often g'luck!

If I'd had gummi bears close by last night I'd have eaten 2 pounds of them. I understand where you are coming from too.

    I agree.

Lean ground beef on a whole wheat bun, no fires, with lettuce and a tomato maybe a little mustard or mayo.

I think fitday has this at like 350 calories and 20 something grams of protein or more and low fat. I eat one a week usually.
