I just have to keep telling myself this is worth it.
if it helps you at all, i will probably eat a cheeseburger w/fries before going to the gym tonight
...which is why Team Vascularity is still out of my reach
I've been cutting for 11 weeks now.. i'm right there with you bro.
Although I could go for a pizza and some sweets more so then anything
have a cheat meal then
ill have an extra one for you today.
gotta make it to 4500 calories somehow
i wish it was easier to reach my goal weight
its in your head you weak piece of fat shit
Thincrust cheese ftw if you have room for it in your macro/cals.
Got some chicken in me I'm starting to come around.
just eat it dude. As long as you don't make it a habit what's the problem? I've talked to plenty of yoked dudes who said they eat whatever they want during the offseason
Not quite there yet. Making strength gains and losing fat at the same time.
I've come so far but still have a ways to go.
I had a Whiskey River Burger at Red Robin last night. Delicious.
i might get me one now and just throw away the bun
Take your shirt off, stand in front of the mirror, then decide if you want a cheeseburger and fries.
I can do that with my shirt on. FUCK NO.
The "mirror diet" has always worked for me. Nothing will satisfy your need for a cheat meal more than your own fat.
If I really am needing to something unhealthy I just try to limit my calories till I can eat that one big delicious meal. Gives me some more mental strength for like 5 days and it's delicious and I really didn't blow up my diet.
It doesn't work like that for me. If i start eating it i crave it more. I do best when i don't cheat.
some 93/7 burgers or some turkey burgers on a 5g carb wrap won't kill ya
it is worth it... but if you can't stand it, go for it cause you'll keep eating until you are too full or hit your craving which is counter productive. you need your splurge days... but not too often g'luck!
I prefer bison. I know where you are coming from tho .
If I'd had gummi bears close by last night I'd have eaten 2 pounds of them. I understand where you are coming from too.
Lean ground beef on a whole wheat bun, no fires, with lettuce and a tomato maybe a little mustard or mayo.
I think fitday has this at like 350 calories and 20 something grams of protein or more and low fat. I eat one a week usually.
