    just finished bulking, went from 201lbs to 216 :) and took the first EC stack I have had in ateast a year just now. :noes:

    just got home from my run in the bitter cold ugh...and now enjoying a lovely protein shake full of steel cut oats and protein :barf:Lets hope this turns to habit quicker then usual

    cutting isnt that bad. you see what you worked hard to gain.

    once i started noticing results its all the motivation i needed.

    oh I love cutting once I start making progress. The EC I took this morning had me going nuts today, I don't think I can take more then 1 dose/day until the end of this week.

    My cutting started two weeks ago... I was able to do my full workout for these past two weeks but I'm starting to get shaky now due to the low caloric intake :hs:

    thats how i had to do it too, 1 dose for a week, 2 for another week and finally on to 3. working pretty well tho.

    I am on a cutter starting today as well. I will probably be down 10 pounds in a week and a half.

    High Protein, Low Fat, small amount of Carbs. No carbs after 2:00 either.

    lifting 5x a week, mostly all compound and core lifts, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, and I jog to the gym and back (10min each way) And 45min at the gym
