Cutting starts TODAY! Critique the diet!

    here's the diet:

    10:00 am -Breakfast = 1 cup of oatmeal with a serving of procomplex protein with 1% milk.

    12:30 pm -Snack 1 = handful of almonds

    3 pm- lunch = 2 large chicken breast or 8 oz of lean beef with a cup of brown rice or fibrous veggies

    5 pm - = 1 serving of procomplex protein in water

    7 - pm = 2 cans of chunklight tuna in water

    9-pm - preworkout meal= 8-10 egg whites or salmon + veggies or 1 cup brown rice

    Midnight = Serving of Casein protein + 30grams of carbs from dextrose

    Total carbs = ~100-150
    Fats = 50-70 grams
    Protein = ~ 250-300 grams

    Supps are ECY, CEE, Multi-v, and fish oil. Cardio 3 sessions a week. 40 minutes a piece.
    Training = Hit each body part 2 per week. Mostly compound movements.


    Goal is to hit 185 @7%. Currently at 200lbs @ 14-15%

    Nope, just fish oil and the Almonds that I eat throughout the day....

    what's youre timing/split like on the ecy stack?

    1st EC stack 3 hours after I wake up

    Y/C around 5-6ish

    EC + CEE pre-workout @ 9pm

    Yohimbine should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

    If you are going to have carbs up to 150 you might as well just go 300 and lower the fat to around 30g then change the next day to carbs at 40-50g cabrs and 100g fat for 2 days. Basically low carb high fat then one day refeed with high carbs low fat. IMO it will work better for you.

    Hmm so take the Y before I eat anything, then eat like an hour later?

    Why would that work better? Would'nt it be better to refeed once a week, maybe on a friday/saturday?

    I think its okay as it is. I understand what you're saying and while it may indeed work better...40-50g of carbs is sooo much more difficult to do IMO. And the effort and toll on the workouts just might not be worth the difference.

    Yeah, if you're cutting take youe CY first thing in the morning, wake 20-30 minutes, run, then eat after you finish running. That's how I was informed.

    edit: And damnit, I know you've said it 100 times now, but how tall are you?

    6'0 tall. Hopefully i'll be nice and shredded at 185 :hs:
