Cutting Stack....v.?????

    200mg Caffeine 3x Day
    500mg Lean Green 2x Day
    750mg SesaThin 2x Day
    7mg Yohimbine Hcl 1x Day


    4:15am: 200mg Caffeine, 7mg Yohimbine Hcl

    5:00am-7am: Workout

    7:15am: Post Workout Shake

    8:30am:200mg Caffeine, 500mg Lean Green, 750mg SesaThin - Breakfast

    11:00am: Protein Snack

    1:00pm: 200mg Caffeine, 500mg Lean Green, 750mg SesaThin - Lunch

    3:30pm: ProteinSnack

    6:00pm: Dinner


    Right now I work out every morning if I can. My current split is Chest/Back, Bi's/Tri's, Shoulders/Legs.

    Current Stats: 5'7" & 175lbs. My bulk will be done in 2 weeks and I will be around 180lbs. I'm gonna cut down to about 160lbs.

    1RM:

    Bench: 230
    Dead: 225
    Squat: 350 (ass to the floor)

    I've been working out for 11 months. I was 206lbs @ 24% bodyfat when I started and I had virtually no muscle mass.

    Sometimes I have a protein shake when I wake up in the morning. But thats not really food either. I work out with 2 other guys, and basically 5am is really the only time I can lift. I dont really wanna eat @ 4am either.......

    Any ideas?

    yea, eat at 4am...oatmeal and some eggs...take about 5min to make

    I've never tried more than that. I really only started dealifting 2 months ago, so I dont think its so bad.............

    Educate me. Whats the benefit of eating before lifting, besides puking?

    You have not had anything to eat in like 8-10 hrs (depending on sleep scheduale) and then you expect your body to function at its peak while lifting?

    I've never puked at the gym (almost but didnt) and I normally have a PB&J with some gatorade as I'm walking to the gym.

    if it has some carbs in it probably, but if it is isolate probably not

    I dunno man, if it is more then jsut protein (ie carbs, etc) then it is better then nothing. But you cant beat real food.

    Well, I can use my Pro Complex and mix peanut butter and a banana into it. I think that might work.

    Nah. I'll stick to the blender. I have been eating PB&J sandwiches every night before I goto sleep, so I'm tired of sanwiches.......... :rofl:

    Because if your body is low on glycogen when you perform anaerobic exercise, guess where it gets energy from? Amino acids. Guess where it gets those if you haven't eaten any protein? Muscle tissue.

    If it will help you sleep better, when I DL on Sunday I'll put 275 or 295 on and give it a try if all goes well.
