Howdy all, I was just wondering if anyone has any good cutting routines. I'm 19, about 5'9", 190 pounds. I just moved out and started eating badly. I've been trying to get into a stable diet 1/2 Cup of oats, 1 banana, 2 cups of milk, blended for breakfast. Usually a grilled chicken sandwhich (white bread )or veggie sub with Whole wheat. Supper, whatever goes. I've just gotten into Tuna for protein. What I'm focusing on now is carbs in the morning (for energy), and protein in the evening. In terms of a routine, I've tried running, but because of a rugby injury, I can't really do too high impact. I'd like to lose my love-handles. Is jumprope ok? How about stationary bike? I used to lift alot, hitting the gym everyday, now I just got access to my college gym. So could anyone point me in the direction of a good routine for cutting. I just want to lose my fat and get some definition.
