So I'm around 220 pounds and 6'4"... I've been bulking for a while but I'm getting too fat, so I've decided to cut before I have to get all my pants retailored. How does this look for a routine designed to maintain mass and increase strength (hopefully)? Similar to the Bill Starr routine... I had good success with Christophers' routine before, but want to work in some more olympic lifts. Monday Squat 5x5 Power Clean or Deadlift 5x5 Bench 5x5 Weighted Abs 3x10 Wednesday OH Squats 4x10 Bent over row 5x5 Dips 4x10 Lat raises or Curls 3x10 Friday Snatch or Clean & Jerk 5x3 Squat or Front Squat 5x5 Bench or OH Press 5x5 Calves 3x10 Where two movements are shown, I'm going to alternate those every week to keep things interesting.
