Been trying the whole low carb/carb cycling thing which is a first for me. Eating around 2800 cals/day with carbs in the morning (cereal) and I usually have a wrap around 5-6 pm when leaving work so I have some energy for around 8-9pm when I go workout. The rest is all protein and fat with some extra carbs from vegetables only (broccoli and string beans mostly). First pic was taken 30th of March: Was around 222lbs (at 6'1). Unforunately, I got some sort of a stomach flu end of week 3 and I was on the toilet for 3 days, unable to eat anyhing, causing me to loose like 5lbs in 3 days....after that I ate a bit more for the rest of the week to recoup some of my (probably 90% muscle) losses and resumed in week 4. This pic was taken a few days ago. Sorry about the gay ass underwear....it was laundry day. Oh and I know I need to get a REAL camera. I'm around 208lbs now. As usual, about 7-8 weeks in I'm starting to loose some steam. Maybe I'll take a week break some time again and resume. Do you guys take breaks when cutting? I have a hard time cutting for more than 6 weeks at a time. I also eat a SHITLOAD of cheese because it's about 50/50 fat and protein and I find it so easy to fill up on calls this way. I heard cutting out dairy is better for cutting,.....I think if I might have a hard time implementing that in my diet but if I want to get into the single digit fat % I might have to. Any opinions on this?
