Cutting sucks balls, oatmeal with neutrasweet FTL. I'm down to 188 from 201, target weight is 179. I'm hungry.
how did your #s look after the bulk?

Weight is right at 240, not so sure about my bodyfat, probably about 15% or so.
me too, although i guess it's not really official until wednesday, since i'm going to dinner tomorrow for valentines day.
i got to around 200 @ 5'7, also at about 15%

Just started yesterday. 220lbs and I dropped most of my water weight already. Cutting is soooooooooo much easier than bulking. What are you guys supplementing?
Why are you cutting after like 2 months of lifting?
Because I fucked up and put on weight way too fast. I'm in danger of outgrowing my pants. I'm just going to try to cut back to my starting weight and try again but eating cleaner. After reading everyone's troubles with bulking here, and having to eat literally everything... I went into bulking with that mindset and overdid it. I don't think I'll be cutting any longer than a month at most, then I'll probably clean bulk through summer since I totally fucked up my timing with the bulk/cut. Probably bulk straight through winter as well.
What's your diet like Acura?

Any ideas on your bodyfat? Outgrowing pants is something that happens to me when I bulk. They sometimes fit in the morning and not after dinner because I eat too much too But I did go from 170 -> 200 so it wasn't too bad. When I'm on a bulk I basically live in sweatpants/gym shorts. Its not a big deal since I spend so much time in the gym anyway, plus if you can outgrow sweatpants its pretty much time to start cutting lol
On a side note, I started cutting about a week ago basically adding cardio back into my workout and limiting my diet a bit. Strength has been pretty constant which is nice, have to weigh myself tomorrow morning because I forgot to at the gym when I was just there oops
I'm not positive... I have absolutely no visible vascularity, little seperation between muscle groups, hardly any visible definition. I hold most of my fat in my lower torso, hips, and ass. Despite having a fairly high BF%, I rarely hold any of that fat in my legs. So You can see the seperations of my quads, hams, and calves pretty well.
I'm guessing my BF% is around 20-ish just because I have a considerable belly and a fat ass.
Ya, I am too so it is going to be my cheat meal for the week. It really sucks that I am wasting it only a day after I start cutting though.
So far today I have had
3 fish oil pills
1 glucosamine chondroitin
1 lean green
1 optimen vitamin
2 scoops ON whey in water
1 lean green
3 fish oil
4 eggs worth of eggbeaters
1/4 red pepper
1/2 a can of black olives
1 8oz chicken breast
I would have had some protein pancakes for lunch but I was out of cottage cheese.
I will likely add some type of carb source to breakfast in the future, probably a 1/2c of oatmeal. I will probably be aiming for 2500 cal/day for the first two weeks or so and see where that leaves me.
I feel like I am wearing women's pants ATM and they are loose fit 36's.
What brand? some brands cuts suck the asshole
So far today:
5mg Yohimbine, 200mg caffiene
*25 mins cardio*
Breakfast (2 hours later)
B/S chicken breast
1c brown rice
Medium-sized salad w/ ~2 tbs balsamic vinegarette (sp?) dressing
2 fish oil pills
An hour later
Not sure what I'm going to have for lunch, but I'll be taking 2 Lean Green pills. I might put together a big deli sandwich on whole wheat bread, or I'm kind of in the mood for eggs right now. The EC isn't making me as jittery as it did yesterday, but it might've also been the lack of carbs. Tonight will be my first time lifting since cutting. I'm just goign to try to maintain my lifts the best I can. I'm still getting noob gains though, so we'll see.
Do you guys still take CEE while cutting? I probably will.
And the muscle milk isn't going to help you one bit, fatty.

I have a pair of AE's I never wear anymore. They look goofy on me no matter how much I weigh at the time.
