    230... I was trying to cut but summer fucks with EVERYTHING so its more maintain/try to add mass while not getting any fatter at the moment. Once I move out for my co-op its hardcore cut time... I'm thinking 30-40 weeks.

    is it bad if am bulking for 6-8+ months? I mean I am a skinny guy and haven't gained too much fat.

    lol, it only takes 6-8 weeks to cut if you know your stuff. You guys are going to spend half your life cutting...

    cardio: 1 hour @ 140-160 bpm
    Diet: 6-7 meals per day

    8oz chicken breast or top round steak & 4-6 cups of veggies x 3 per day
    54 g protein shake x 3 per day
    carbs: 300 g per day of low glycemic carbs (yams, oats, potatoes,)

    Cycle carbs 3 days on 2 days NO CARBS with exception to 1/2 cup of oats before or after your work out. After each carb up cycle try to add in an additional day with no carbs. For each additional day you go without carbs add 50-100 grams to you carb up days.

    I wouldnt go anymore than 5 days no carbs for a casual cut unless you think you can hang.

    thats daily for 6-8 weeks.....Nice. Dude thanks alot. Im planning on "semi-cutting" in about a month or so.

    yea, but this isnt competitino prep.. just basic cutting.. cardio and a deficit with a lot of protein will go a long way. carb cycling isnt really necessary

    like I said that is a 6-8 week cut. Cycling carbs gives the best results regardless of whether you are cutting for a show or just for the fuck of it.

    Yeah. I'm looking to drop to single digit bf this year. I am around 20% I would guess (pics in my log if you want to guess). To do it right I am estimating it might take as long as 30-40 weeks.

    Theoretically how long could you extend this out? Do you incorporate re-feeds when extending this?
