    First, stats:
    6'0 202lbs, around 13-15% bf (I'm estimating, I can see my top 2 abs non flexed and decent vascularity on arms and shoulders.)
    Bench = 295, Squat = 425 Dead = 425

    Diet = Between 2000 and 2200 cals per day.
    300 Grams of protein, 150ish carbs, 60-70 grams of fat, mostly coming from EFAs

    Supps = E/C, CEE (to retain mass)

    Training = 5 Day split. Moderate weight, rep range between 12 and 8. Medium intesity cardio 4 times a week, 30 minutes each session

    I'm thinking that I should end up at around 185-187 @ 9-10%

    What do you guys think?

    I would keep 300 at a high mark, but get no less than 210 for protein, and get some more fats, and start at 2400, you dont have much too loose, no sense in rusing it. If 2400 is not working after a few weeks, bump it down,

    Hmm, I kinda want to keep the protein high to prevent as much muscle loss..
    And why more fats?

    Supplement some fish oil and green tea.

    I'm not a pharmacist, but wouldn't taking CEE while cutting be somewhat counterproductive? Especially if you're stacking C E?

    No, not really.
    I'm planning to do the same. At best you'll retain more musclemass from the CEE. Like Ceaze said though, just drink plenty of water to counter the diuretic effect of caffeine.

    went from 196 to 178 while making good strength gains last summer, but this last semester sucked and i got really sick, then had to have some sinus/nose surgery to correct everything over the break. I'm at 180 now, and I'm hoping to get back on the ball and get down to like 165ish by the end of this semester. My goals arent really to get huge, but I want to shed off all this excess fat and get some definition while increasing strength and just overall good health and stuff.
