First, stats: 6'0 202lbs, around 13-15% bf (I'm estimating, I can see my top 2 abs non flexed and decent vascularity on arms and shoulders.) Bench = 295, Squat = 425 Dead = 425 Diet = Between 2000 and 2200 cals per day. 300 Grams of protein, 150ish carbs, 60-70 grams of fat, mostly coming from EFAs Supps = E/C, CEE (to retain mass) Training = 5 Day split. Moderate weight, rep range between 12 and 8. Medium intesity cardio 4 times a week, 30 minutes each session I'm thinking that I should end up at around 185-187 @ 9-10% What do you guys think?
