do any of you during your routine ever decide that you would rather do cuttings methods of some and general/bulk on others? i.e doing chest...bench and decline one would do 10-12 reps @ avg. weight or so. but since the upper chest is something you want to build on then 6-8 reps @ heavy weight. above is just an example. also i.e if one would do a cut on bis 12-15 reps @ med weight and 6 - 8 reps @ heavy weight on shoulders? is this normal or abnormal?
