Have been bulking for 3 months, whilst lifting 5-6 times a week (no cardio). I went from 170 to almost 200 now (I am 6'0") I have started to cut, but this is hell. I just simply do not have the energy to lift, or even do cardio nearly as often. It almost isnt worth it, feeling like this, lol. Any tips?

How long have you been cutting. Anytim I significantly cut calories I'll feel like absolute shit for about 3 days... lethargic, sleepy, headaches etc. Once you get past the initial "shock" you'll start feeling normal.

eat more? my first impression is you sound like the guy a few weeks back who was like "Cutting Day One : I'm starving, dieting sucks. Gah. All I've had is a peanutbutter sandwich all day!"

I"m cutting too and I have more than enough energy to lift, you probobly need to eat a bit more.
