I've been working out for about 5 months and trying to bulk up. I certainly haven't reached my goals yet. What I'm wonder is if its better for me to bulk up first and then cut or cut while bulking up? FYI - I workout 5 times a week. Monday- Upper back and shrugs Tuesday- Chest and tri's Wednesday- Legs and lower back Thursday- Shoulders and bi's Friday-Chest and tri's And if I do cut while lifting should I run after or before my workouts?
