I do a 10 minute warm-up, a 30-60 minute lifting session, and try to do as much cardio as I can in each workout. Before, when I was alternating cardio and lifting eod, I was able to do 60 minutes of cardio well. Now that I'm on a 3-day split 5 days a week, I am having to do my cardio after my lift sessions. I can't do much more than 30 minutes because: A) I get so hungry, even though I carb up 30-45 minutes before working out B) I get too tired to do much more than 30 minutes What do I (you?) do? Down a shake between lifting and cardio? Or just be happy with 4 30-minute cardio sessions per week?
