I do a 10 minute warm-up, a 30-60 minute lifting session, and try to do as much cardio as I can in each workout. Before, when I was alternating cardio and lifting eod, I was able to do 60 minutes of cardio well. Now that I'm on a 3-day split 5 days a week, I am having to do my cardio after my lift sessions. I can't do much more than 30 minutes because:
    A) I get so hungry, even though I carb up 30-45 minutes before working out
    B) I get too tired to do much more than 30 minutes

What do I (you?) do? Down a shake between lifting and cardio? Or just be happy with 4 30-minute cardio sessions per week?

Lift first cardio later? Or vice versa?

I do 15-20 min to warmup. Do my weight session for an hour. And then do another 20-30 min cardio after. I also usually will stretch for 15-20 min and then down a shake.

Neo does the shake make you feel ill during cardio? How long do you wait?

I did 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after lifting today and though I still felt kinda sick, it worked out much better and I had plenty of energy to finish my run. :bigthumb:

I feel fine during cardio. I just start to drink it when I have like 3 sets of weights left. THen after weights wait like 5min or so. THen hit the stairmaster. I never get sick. Maybe its because I mix my shakes with water. Don't use milk and expect your body to digest that shit super fast so you can do cardio.
