what is the best thing to get cut up bedies less weight more reps?
Thanks maine. That's what I was trying to get at.
when i want to get cut up bedies i just go get a knifies and make one incision in my mattressies and then take scissors to my sheeties.

well if he wasnt an 2006 and possibly tried to put some effort into forming a normal sentence maybe.
but your answer is that more reps & less weight is a myth and vice versa. exercise is a big part but so is your food diet
Also to get the "cut" look you need something under there...so work out and like said before adjust your diet.
you should probably consider taking anabolic steroids. you've most likely worked out to your genetic limit and so to get that really good cut you will definitely need something a little stronger to push yourself past that plateau
