I always have had a hard time gaining and maintaining my weight. I joined the gym and have progressed pretty good, im weighing in at 180 6'2". I am still to thin and want to gain some more weight. I have been taking cytogainer, but im starting to lose all my abs from this. I was wondering if any other low fat protein can still add weight if i just took more servings per day in order to up my protein. The cytogainer is doing its job of adding allot of weight, but it isn't the leanest weight gainer. i cant blame everything on the cytogainer, because im not really eating low fat either or running, in order to up my weight.
