I wouldnt worry about that shit too much. In the cut diet you only eat carbs like twice a week I believe

Product Endorsement, you can totally skip the supplements and be in good shape. I take the BCAAs cause I heal worth a crap anyways during cuting so anything that *might* help I take.

That dude Derek had an article where he megadosed BCAAs for a few weeks and posted the results, pretty amazing gains ... I think it was on bodybuilding.com ... In the forums there he did some of the megadosing tests before he was working for them so ...

I always end up doing that because I really enjoy eating all kinds of food. I don't really care if stuff tastes like ass if it's good for me but god damn I love binging.

v.2 was pretty decent.. Read it about a year back and played around with some of the advice in there.

As for seperating the carbs and protein this can be done to create a higher efficiency of bodyfat burning but is not really necessary unless your doing a show.
You have to understand that this is ideal for someone preping for a show and that is why things done to such an extreme. The science supports the no carb+protein eating but I go results just fine with combining them. It way too much a PITA to seperate that specifically.
Cut diet is more about insulin control and as long as carbs are in check and high-glycemic carbs are kept VERY low you will be just fine.

I have V2, never used it all that much. I am still interested in the diet though, just never had the balls to go through with it. It takes hella dedication and a rock solid schedule, which there was no way I could do that in my situation.

I will do it someday though.

As for the product placement, even 1fast400 said that he didn't use most of the supps they push, just the basic ones.
