Anyone know what the calories and macro breakdown would be?
you know the ingredients and serving size? it would be a pain in the ass but you could do it that way.
Absolutely no idea. I've been tracking my calories even on cheat days. So I guess either I'll make an exception tommorow or just not eat that.
id eat it on a cheat day.
thats my biggest problem tracking calories, my parents make alot of east indian food during the week and honestly I haven o idea how to track calories on alot of stuff. So i just guesstimate or not even track them. And just track all the foods i knowi can get a accurate estimate of.
Potato roti is a variable cause the sizing and amount of dough/pottato you get in each is different. Some are alot more full then others, if you made it yourself it would be alot easier cause then you could track the calories you are putting in before cooking/serving.
The same thing goes for the curry shrimp even though its a mixture of the spices/sauce/mixture and shrimp it would be easier to guesstimate
