do most of u lift alone or w/ a partner
Alone. Less distraction.
lately alone. Sometimes a friend or my cousin
Alone, but I wish I had a consistent lifting partner. I always seem to have better workouts when I'm with someone.
yeah same here, i always feel bad for asking random people to spot me
so with a partner i go more out
always alone, no one i know is serious enough to actualy get shit done in the gym. too much talking.
I used to lift alone, but ever since I started working out with one of my best friends (he plays football/used to) I was able to push myself much harder and stay more motivated. As long as you can find a partner who is'nt a jackass you're fine.
always alone, nobody ever wants to workout w/me. Wish I could find a good training partner that pushes himself as much as I push myself
Used to be with my friend, lately, by myself.
I work out with a group, usually 3 people minimum and sometimes up to 8 people!!
I'm always alone.

I only like to lift with someone else on leg day, every other workout, i like to fly solo.
I think having people who look up to you/ you look up to around helps a lot too.
