He is just basically taking the contract to court to see what it says. He is getting a judgement on the contract so he knows if it expires after time like Randy says or after x amount of fights like Dana says.

He is basically do the leg work for all organizations interested in signing Randy and I am interested to see whose interpretation of the contract is right.

that's awesome, this could actually have big implications down the road if UFC's restrictive contracts are found unlawful right?

do you think cuban is trying to sign randy to HDNet and then cross promote the fight with m-1?

This fight is going to go down and it's going to be a beautiful fight. Not going to say it'll be the best fight ever, I really wish Randy and him got to meet 4-5 years ago T_T. I see it as a very technical fight, although I see Fedor knocking out Randy though( I can picture the fake step overhand). I think Randy is fucking sick in the skill game, except Fedor has too much power for his current age. I think he is in much better shape than almost all of the HW except maybe 1 or 2 others lol, which is rare even in boxing for that age.

I can't fucking wait though, it's going to be a great fuckin fight!

no, Cuban is just a huge fan of "The Scorpion King: Rise of the Akkadian" and wanted to do Randy a proper for making such a classic film.

no one said it wouldn t be a good fight. just that you are idiot for wanting a shittier version of Randy at only 205 pounds to fight Fedor, and are under the impression that Fedor who has fought virtually no one in a couple years is going to out of nowhere get his first KO.

Pride going under? wtf are you blabbing about?

I meant for his age wise. I'm not going to deny the mediocre part. He showed a lot of technical work against Tim Sylvia. He has made some shitty choices and got his ass knocked out, but he's a decent fighter. Who would you put Fedor up with on the market right now? I can only name a few that would be interesting, although what he has right now isn't. Good news is Fedor wants to fight more and hard opponents.

Fedor punch too Randy's chin in my logic = knock out. How he'll avoid Fedor stand-up will make it a good match up.

LoL I deleted it because I didn't realize you highlighted the first part so I took your initial argument the wrong way.

So Fedor isn't still training than? I forgot you have to fight people in front of a camera to be considered good to you?

I don't doubt your arguement, it's true, but those fights he never fought like it was going to decision. He was just a lot more careful going into the fight. I see Fedor trying to keep it on the feet, I think he is great on the ground, but Randy is skilled there too, like you stated. I see it differently, but hopefully we get to find out for ourselves.
