Anything that can be suggested? I am a CSS n00b, but I am good at taking a css template and modifying it to my needs, usually through trial and error. However I have run into a wall with the template I am working with, and rather than fight through it I think it is time to ejamacate myself and learn how to do it from scratch. What tools does OT use for CSS?

I use whatever is available. If I'm working on a site it's usually in Coda, so I'll do all the css in the built-in text editor. I used Dreamweaver for a while because of its auto-complete (real helpful if you don't know all the terms).
