Please send your CS agents some love when you get a good one. I began my career as an incoming call rep. Customer feedback was a factor in subsequent promotions.

I got a good one this morn. I sent her boss an email (edited for anon):
My company is small. I do everything. I take wtfever title I want except for "President" "CEO" "CFO" or the like.

*SHOW YOUR REPS SOME LOVE* Even if you must include an obligatory statement about outsourcing.

Obligatory sexy pic due to misleading title:

I’m a little fascinated with Bob Parsons and his domain name company, GoDaddy.com. On one hand, Parsons is a pretty staunch (and vocal) conservative (as evidenced by his blog and radioshow), yet their commercials routinely make Axe ads look tasteful and restrained. Like for instance this ‘web-only’ version of their Car Wash commercial, which is supposed to showcase their excellent customer service, I guess.

That’s a commercial for a Domain Name Registrant, which might be the least sexy Net business ever. What’s next? Yahoo! commercials featuring three-way hot-tub action?

People forget how infrequently technical types get any compliments when they do something well. It can get pretty damned depressing when the only feedback you get is what you did wrong.

That's pretty damned cool that the customer took the time to
write that. Hat's off to them.

Create wrote that letter. He worded his post kinda clumsily -- the experience was his own.

Holy hell, I wrote that thing early and it is pretty clumsy. The manager and I had a few one-liners back and forth since this morning.

Updates (quirkyness dry to all but the Dilberts):
Meh, guy seems alright. I might as well see if he takes that last line seriously, as a joke, or if I'm lucky he bites the bait.

He not only bit, but damn near jumped in the boat.
