I was doing negatives with the 300 last nite then I did some 3" grip farmers walks with 20 lbs in my buckets

i went from 100 to 200, im about to start on the 250
use an aid (other hand, leg, etc) to help close the gripper, then let go and try to keep it closed.
ive started levering too to help train for nail bending.

Do you guys ever get sore when crunking? Ive been doing 5x5 with 150 on 4 and 200 on the last set and 30sec holds and havent gotten sore once
nah I've never really gotten sore after the first day when I couldn't stop doing them.
I went through a period of deep knuckle pain as my hands got used to it tho
My hands are getting pretty torn up girly hands ftl
sore as in the hurt for awhile or you just cant pickup shit?
after some heavy grip work I cant pickup and hold onto shit
I never hurt sometimes I have hard time holding stuff though
