CrownRoyals log v. gtfo veg

    I use Calorie King to keep up, but thought I'd take a shot at online log for some credibility.

    Goals - lose fat, gain tone

    Currently 6'1", 217 lbs, very soft

    Also - yes, I only really eat fish and don't like to if I can help it. So flame on.

    I'll start next post starting with Sunday of this week (been going for several weeks now).

    Exercise:

    AM - 55 min interval elliptical
    PM - 50 min med intensity stationary bike
    off day from lifting

    Fuel:
    Breakfast - 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 veggie quesadilla
    Morning Snack - 1 Kashi PB Granola Bar
    Lunch - 2 slices papa john's pizza, cheese, 2 shiner bock :wtc:
    Afternoon Snack - 1" brownie, 1 shot Crown Royal, 2 slices pizza
    Dinner - 1 store bought california roll
    Evening Snack - None - this is the worst I have eaten in a LONG time.


    Totals (including cals burned in exercise) - 2893 cal, 382 carb, 82.5 fat, 100.5 protein, 26.2 fiber

    Yes - i felt like shit.

    tricep extentions 8x45, 8x35
    kickbacks 8x25, 8x20, 8x15

    Fuel:
    Breakfast - 2 veg sausage links, 2 whole wheat toast dry
    Morning Snack - 1oz peanuts
    Lunch - 1tbs hummus, .5 slice pita, 2 dolmas, 2.5 falafels (Small), 1 spanakopita, .5 baklava
    Afternoon Snack - 1 square chocolate w/pb, 1 Kashi trailmix bar
    Dinner - 2cups nonfat milk, 2 scoops ON whey
    Evening Snack - 1 slice whole grain toast, 1 can tuna, 1/2 tbs Smart Balance


    Totals (including cals burned in exercise) -

    2182 calories, 231.9 carbs, 73.8g fat, 148.1 g protein, 23.9g fiber

    seated calf raises - 8x90, 8x140, 6x150
    35 incline situps
    30 min elliptical


    Fuel:
    Breakfast - 1 scoop ON whey, 1c skim milk, 1c kidney beans, 1 slice whole grain toast
    Morning Snack - 1/3 cup craisins, 1oz roasted almonds
    Lunch - Jimmy Johns vegetarian sub, no cheese or mayo, with dijon
    Afternoon Snack - 2 dolmas, 2 tbs hummus, 1/2 pita, 1 Kashi granola bar
    Dinner - 2 cups ON whey, 2 cups skim milk, 1 slice whole grain toast, 1/2 tbsp smart balance, 1 can tuna
    Evening Snack - None

    Better diet today: totals -

    2212 cal, 280 carb, 46.2 fat, 173.9g protein, 37.4g fiber

    (Note - today is more indicative of how I usually eat. Yesterday and Sunday sucked.)

    Breakfast - 1 slice whole grain toast, 3 veg sausage links
    Morning Snack - 1 large fuji apple
    Lunch - 1 cheese quesadilla with mushroom and veggies - healthiest thing I could find at the mexican restaurant, 1 serving guacamole :wtc:
    Afternoon Snack - 1 kashi granola bar, .5 leftover quesadilla
    Dinner - 1 cup kidney beans, 1 cup wild rice, .5 tbs olive oil
    Evening Snack - 2 scoops ON whey, 2 cups skim

    Totals:
    Cals - 2319
    Carb - 249
    Fat - 81.7 :o
    Protein - 157
    Fiber - 39

    Fuck I hope that fiber makes up for the fat. I've fucked up this week.

    Not going to happen. It's a chore to get to 180g.
