When it comes to working out, I am not open minded. You either lift with a clear goal in mind while making your body more physically attractive or you are just wasting your time. This is why I do not understand Crossfit. All I see is a workout that is too demanding for myself and most of their members. I don't understand the goals of the workout. I don't understand the routine of daily workouts. Is this a joke? Is it a fad? Is it a ponzi scheme? Is it a social hangout for those that can't cut it in a regular gym? Why spend thousands of dollars on becoming certified on how to lift weight like a retard? I must be clearly missing the value of Crossfit.
