We did our monthly Crossfit total. Brandon is a beast. This lift was 575lbs. at taping the weight on because it was sticking over the end of the bar. His total was 1245lbs (Deadlift, Shoulder Press, Back Squat). His cardio is pretty decent too for a big guy. My total was 645lbs (315 deadlift, 205 back squat, and 125 shoulder press).
