No way, those two are pro. fighters and have 100x the intensity regime than I'm doing.
This is just regular o' Crossfit WOD, here's the WOD that I did:
5 rounds for time of:
50 double unders
5 tire flips
10 overhead squats
Once you do it the first time, the 2nd time feels like sex.
I thought it was that caveman routine because it also has the huge tire flip
i dont have the back flexibility to do OH squats

Its its from an old torn AC ligament or my fat ass and weak lats I'm not sure. Though I will say My right side continues to pull when my left side won't move.

they basically teach you how to cheat.
they call it "kipping"
Why do you say crossfit pullups? The kipping pullup is just another way of getting above the bar with a pullup, that's what counts. It's not a crossfit pullup
