I carry my Cross-breed with the C-clips but have the J-hooks lying around. Which do you prefer?

Also, It seems while carrying at 3:00 or 3:30 that I can't sit down without having the butt of the pistol hit my car seat or a chair. Anyone else experience this? Would more cant help(I don't think so)?:wavey:

that's why i like carrying my g26. it is small enough that it does not hit my seat.

that's half the reason i don't carry my 1911 very often. i'm a pretty skinny guy and it's just not all that comfy.

ETA: i like the J clips, but i have both kinds and neither one bothers me.

I've never noticed but come to think of it, the butt does press against whatever I'm sitting it but it's never bothered me. :dunno:

My XD 40 SC hits the seat when I sit, but I really cant find a more comfortable position while sitting. If I put it anywhere else it seems to push into my body.

I use Crossbreed Quickclip for XD9SC, and it does push against my body a bit when I sit but not uncomfortable.

Oh, and I use the C-clips. I like them th best b/c they stand out the least when my shirt is tucked in.

God I hated the c-clips. With a passion. I switched to the standard j-clips and haven't looked back.
    MTAC, btw.

I don't understand why this is better than an all leather holster. Slimmer?

My two holsters are Galco, and they're nice, but I need an IWB for my J Frame and my XD.
