    Meal #1
    12fl oz of 1% milk
    Pro-complex shake
    1 cup of oatmeal

    meal#2
    1.5 medium chicken breasts
    2 cups of white rice

    Meal#3
    Isopure shake in water
    Honey bran muffin

    Meal # 4
2 cans of chunk light tuna

    meal # 5
    8 Egg whites
    1/2 cup of white rice

    Meal#6
4 slices of 99% fat free ham
2 slices of whole wheat toast

    All in all:
    2900 calories
    39 grams of fat
    305 grams of carbs
    310 grams of protein.

This is up from my normal cutting diet of 19-2100 cals per day, 25 grams of fats, 75 grams of carbs and 300 ish grams of protein.

IMO, it looks pretty clean and should run me well, and should be a good carb load. What do you guys think?

    So far, I'm 6'0 185 @ around 9-10% bf. Trying to hit 7% :wiggle:

not when hes in a cutting phase, protein is key to keeping the muscle on. It should stay a constant for most people.
