critique this bulking diet please

  1. Meal #1
    - 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal w/ splenda
    - 10 egg whites 2 yolks
    - 2 Scoops of Substance WPI
    - Multi-vitamin
    - 2 fish oil capsules

    Meal #2
    - 2 Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (4 tbsp PB on each)
    - 1 Glass of milk

    (workout)

    Post Workout
    - 4 scoops of cytogainer w/ 2% milk
    - 1 Bagel

    Meal #3
    - 2 Teryiaki marinated chicken breasts
    - 1 1/2 cups of brown rice
    - 1 cup cheese filled tortellini w/ marinara sauce
    - Glass of milk
    - 2 fish oil capsules

    Meal #4
    - 10 Egg whites 2 yolks
    - 4 scoops of cytogainer w/ 2% milk
    - 2 fish oil capsules

    Meal #5
    - 2 Chicken breasts of an 8 oz. slice of salmon
    - 1 Can tuna mixed with tbsp. mayo and wheat crackers
    - 1 Glass Milk
    - 1 Cup cheese filled tortellini w/ marinara sauce

    Meal #6
    - 4 scoops of cytogainer w/ 2% milk
    - 1 Cottage cheese double
    - 2 fish oil capsules

    does that look ok? shit now that i look at it it probably looks like shit but i just need some advice here. thanks in advance.

    Damn, everytime I see other's bulking diets, I realize how little I'm eating still. What do ya weigh?

    but i have no idea how much you weigh or how many cals you need ro are in that diet

  8. see well the thing is i am trying to do it clean.. and i need to get a lot of cals because i am not gaining where i am at.. i'm 6'1" right now and sitting at 185 but i just feel like shit and need to start getting to it.. anyone care to make suggestions please? :x: tia

    Why are you eating brown rice and egg whites and chicken breasts and can of tuna on wheat crackers when your "bulking" ?

    Your foods dont look very calorie dense, where are you getting your carbs from? does Cytogainer have a lot of carbs or something? If not you need to eat more carbs than wheat crackers and oatmeal
     
  10. well one serving of it has 84 grams and i was thinking i wanted to a high protein low fat low carb type diet but now that i think about it it's gonna be damn near impossible to bulk without high carbs.. so i really dunno what i should do ha

    the only thing i'd do different, if you wanna be clean, is not take cytogainer before bed. i'd take plain ON with water or something...less sugar/fat. & get more casein.
    also, for bulking, you neeed preworkout protein.

    So you are planning on taking 3 full servings of weight gainer a day? I dont envy the time you will be spending on the toilet

    WTF... why not just eat like any normal human being and not take weight gainer, that shit is full of all the terrible carbs you are avoiding now.

    So whats the total calories on that? Looks like a lot of food to me? Looks like more than when I was eating 4k+ calories last winter...of course I was dirty bulking though.

    have 4-6 cups of oatmeal at breakfast 1 1/2 isnt enough.

    peanut butter isnt the best type of protein, meat would be better for the protein in your second meal.

    4-6 cups...your being serious :rofl: You must be one fat fuck. 6 cups of oatmeal is near 200 carbs in one meal

    breakfast should be a very high carb meal, 6 cups is about 150g, personally i have 8, i respond good to carbs, i cut on 300-500g a day and bulk on 700-1000.

    Isn't there 25g of carbs in each serving of oatmeal, which is 1/2 a cup?

    there's 27 in quaker at least, so that's 54 per cup, this fucking toolbox eats 8 cups, that's 432 grams of carbs, 48 grams of fat, and 80 grams of protein for breakfast just from oatmeal :rofl:
