    ive been doing christopher's routine for about 6 months, seen some great gains, mainly streangth, but im trying to switch it up a bit. how does this look for building mass.

    Monday - Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday – Legs/Abs
    Wednesday - off
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Back/Biceps/Abs
    Saturday - off
    Sunday - off


    6-10 reps for all

    Chest
    Flat Bench Press 4 sets
    Incline Bench Press 2 sets
    DB Flys 2 sets

    Back
    Deadlift 3 sets
    Lat Pull down 3 sets
    Bent Over Rows 2 sets

    Biceps
    Standing Barbell Curls 3 sets
    Preacher Curls (with dumbells) 1 set

    Triceps
    Close Grip Bench 2 sets
    Dips (weighted) 2 sets

    Legs
    Squats 4 sets
    Leg Extension 2 sets
    RDLs 2 sets
    Seated/Standing Calve Raises 5 sets total (2 or 3 sets each way)

    Shoulders
    Seated Military Press (with dumbells) 4 sets
    Lateral Raises 3 sets
    Shrugs 3 sets

    Abs
    Incline Crunches 3 sets
    Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets
    Side Bends 3 sets

    If you're still seeing gains from chris's routine, why change it? Just throw in some isolations that you feel are necessary.

    i'm going on recomendation of another thread to change after 6 months, as after 6 months a routine can become "stale." Oh, and gains have slowed down as well.

    Yeah, it wouldn't be a bad idea to switch things up then. :dunno:

    yea actually looks like my split. i would add in skull crushers for tricpes and leg press for legs.
