A&P Critique these shots please v.for a student-made ad campaign

    somehow I just knew this had to be austin.

    The lighting is quite dramatic especially for non studio shots.

    These are being printed in color right?

    Interesting use of perspective in the first picture, however the focal point appears to be on the kids cookie instead of on his horrified face, which would be funnier. I am however viewing the pics on a small lcd screen so I can't entirely tell until I put em up on the big monitor.

    the one we wrapped up today is probably the funniest. Needs some editing (lighting the inside of a car) but it looks fantastic IMO :x:

    I don't think it's clear enough what you're "selling" in the first picture. It looks more like a cover for a boy band LP. The second one though, is clear as day what is the focus, and is very well done, I think. :)

    awesome lighting on the first one, would like to see dudes left eye thats upside down but thats no big deal.

    the second one looks more like a still from a movie, which could be a good thing if thats what your going for.
