You won't build your abdominal by doing 11ty thousand sets.
You won't see your abs by doing tons of ab exercises.

Go heavy with a few exercises, and diet.

Continue with what you are doing then...eventually you will lose enough fat on the stomach for them to be visible. Stop doing so many exercises though, overtraining them isn't going to help any.

Pick an exercise, do 3 sets at a weight you can get 10-12 reps.

    And heavy compound movements.

how do you have the time and energy to focus on anything else in gym when you are doing 20 sets of abs every day? Even if you could do abs every day, why would you want to?

I do obliques on my lower body days and abs on my upper body days. Two weighted exercises each.

You can do abs every day, but doing so much VOLUME isn't going to help you any. You need to do less volume and heavier weights. Muscles need resistance to grow. You'll only be working your abs a fraction of the time that you are now, but it will be a few times more effective.

I honestly have no idea why this would be the case but it's something I've always read. I guess it could be wrong. :dunno:

Well Ive had time because Im only doing cardio and legs....Im on hold for upperbody until my doc clears me in a few weeks.

I guess Ill revise it then.

    Less volume, more intensity/weight.:dunno:

    Any suggestions for obliques?
