Here is my weekly routine. Please add advice, positive or negative. Monday/Thursday- (All BB)Flat Bench/Decline Bench/Incline Bench- 3 sets of 8-10 Lateral Flye's-3 sets of 8-10 Incline Flye's- 3 sets of 8-10 Preacher Curls-3 sets of 10 Over head Tricep Pulldown-3 sets of 10 Tricep Push Down-3 sets of 10 21's-3 sets Standing Curls (on the corded pully)- 3 sets of 10 Seated Dips- 3 sets of 10 I add 5 lbs. every set followed by 20 mins of cardio, and 350-400 crunch's Tuesday/Friday- Seated Row-3 sets of 8-10 Dead's-3 sets of 8-10 2-3 More row variations (i unfortunetly don't know the name of them)-3 sets of 8-10 Overhead Pulldown-3 sets of 8-10 Machine Military Press- 3 sets of 8-10 Power Shrugs-3 sets of 10 Drop Set Military Press DB-3 sets of 10,8,6 20 mins of cardio, 350-400 crunch's Wednesday- Hack Squats- 3 sets of 8-10 Leg Press-3 sets of 8-10 Leg Extension-3 sets of 8-10 Standing Calf Raises- 3 sets of 8-10 Seated Calf raises-3 sets of 8-10 BB Sqauts- 3 sets of 8-10 The first month I started I felt good, saw a little progress. Now when i leave the gym I feel unsatisfied, and I am sort of feeling blue about my routine. Am I doing to much, not enough? I am a novice with lifting, and am looking for some advice. I would love some posistive advice, nd please crituque my routine.
