Used to lurk here a lot, but stopped. Now I'm back and I'd like a little direction.
A little more info.
Lift on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat. Abs on Tues and Thurs
Run about 25-30 miles per week and bike 180-200 miles per week.
you look like you are in your mid 40s, if so props to you.
Are you bulking or cutting?
I'm only 35.
I guess I'm cutting since I'm not interested in gaining any more weight.
