  1. Ok so... i've just been sort of eating a lot not really all out bulking but I just would like some suggestions on the progress of my back and what I should focus on more... first pic was taken about 6 months ago.. newest is from last night.

I'm currently 6'2" @ 185 lbs but def. would like to get up to 200 by next year :x:

umm i see lots of new detail...i would keep on doing whatever you are. What we do isnt about getting it as fast as possible...its a long long journey. Keep pecking away at it, but if you want something to work on, work your lat flare more...do pullups and with weight if you can. Lots of rows as well...people dont relize it but the thicker your back gets the wider it gets. They go hand in hand

  4. Thanks bro.. I think we look similar in some ways... after your thread you still gonna bulk or are you currently cutting? What are your stats again?

Oh and Pur I see you're in here... I appreciated the dieting help you gave me awhile back :)

  5. Thanks... do you suggest cable rows over dumbbell or should I just do them both? I've always wondered about those two.

you still look better than most people. Nobody ever said this was an overnight process. The biggest thing is to just keep motivated and your arms and legs will grow, a lot of people don't realize this is a lifestyle, not a temporary thing, so just keep at it.

Sucks that you're bulking and I'm cutting, it would have been fun to compete against eachother for gains.

  14. :werd:  i'm down whenever for a bulking contest after summer or somethin?

How are you doing your db shrugs?

When doing your shrugs, try crushing the back of your neck with your shoulder blades... really made my traps explode. Make sure you're not shrugging "towards the front"...

    :dunno:
