    you need more of the following
    A: good morninghs, these should bve tyhe most popular ME squt movement.
    Do you have weak abs?
    B: more upper back/lat movements
    Why are you doing hypers on Bench days?
    whats the story behind the chest stuff?
    let us know if you see gains using a true DE bench
    Whats the story behind DB bench, aand DB squats as ME movements??
    EDIT: why are u changing exercises every 2 weeks? why not three?
    accesory work on squats may also need switching up...
